Directions:
Place a cotton ball or round on the pump, pushing to dispense for desired saturation. Gently swipe across the face to remove makeup. For eye makeup, hold over the eyelids to wipe the makeup away. Follow with NeoGenesis Cleanser. Keep out of eyes.
