For chronically dry skin after cancer treatments, use Skin Serum after Recovery serum to further support the skin and increase hydration.
Intensive Moisturizer
Intensive Moisturizer provides enhanced hydration through our patented S²RM® technology, antioxidants, and peptides to support + nourish the skin. This oncology friendly cream can be applied to calm the skin, including the nail beds. It is deeply hydrating for even the most compromised skin.
Barrier Renewal Cream
A lightweight, hydrating, reparative cream for all skin types, including barrier impaired skin, dry, sensitive or irritated skin. It contains free fatty acids, cholesterol, and ceramides to improve the barrier function. Use Barrier Renewal Cream after cancer treatments as often as needed for immediate + soothing relief of symptoms.
Body Cream
NeoGenesis Body Cream is an oncology friendly cream that utilizes our patented S²RM® technology to help support the skin barrier and nourish the skin. Body Cream has a light feel that absorbs immediately and may be used for all-over, deep hydration. This product may be used anywhere on the body including the face and neck.
Moisturizing Mist
Deliver instant hydration with NeoGenesis Moisturizing Mist, an uplifting, gentle spray that combines S²RM® technology and antioxidants to help protect skin after cancer treatments. This oncology friendly mist may be used throughout the day to soothe, cool + combat dryness and discomfort on the skin.
Chronically Dry Skin Protocols
Chronically dry skin, or Xerosis, is a very common side effect seen in patients receiving chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Mucosal surfaces of the skin such as the vagina, mouth and eyes may also become quite dry. The damage to the skin may be widespread, as the chemicals used to treat cancer are generally widespread. It is very important to restore homeostasis, or balance, in the skin, as well as, restore the barrier function. Chronically dry skin creates an impaired barrier where transepidermal water loss occurs and much needed nutrients are pulled from the skin. This cycle continues, worsening the dryness and causing more damage if there is no intervention to heal the skin.

Simple topical application of Recovery serum will help mitigate skin redness and irritation. These products may be used under other more occlusive moisturizers that may be recommended by your health or skin care professional when dealing with chronically dry, damaged skin.
Chronically Dry Skin Protocol; twice daily
- Apply NeoGenesis Recovery to the dry area
- For more extreme dryness, apply Skin Serum over the Recovery
- Finish with Intensive Moisturizer, Barrier Renewal Cream, or Body Cream
Use NeoGenesis Moisturizing Mist along with one of the moisturizers throughout the day as needed for soothing relief.
For irritated mucosal surfaces, such as mouth, vaginal, and nasal cavities, apply Recovery and Barrier Renewal Cream to the area with irritation and sores.
It is important to use a chemical free sunscreen before sun exposure and a humidifier may be a helpful addition to your home.
